Souvlaki Chicken
Grilled chicken skewers marinated in olive oil, lemon, and herbs, served with pita and tzatziki sauce.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, mix well, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken, red onion, and bell pepper onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Warm the pita bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Serve the chicken skewers with warm pita and tzatziki sauce.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes
- Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours
