Afghan mantu
Afghan mantu are steamed dumplings filled with spiced ground beef and onions, topped with a yogurt and split pea sauce.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onions, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
- Place a teaspoon of the beef mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrappers into dumplings and seal the edges with water.
- Steam the dumplings for 25 minutes until cooked through.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil and cook tomato paste for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked split peas to the tomato paste and stir well.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt with a pinch of salt.
- Serve dumplings topped with yogurt sauce, split pea mixture, and chopped cilantro.
