Samgyeopsal
Samgyeopsal is a Korean dish prepared by grilling pork belly slices and serving with lettuce, garlic, and dipping sauces.

Instructions
- Prepare the dipping sauces by mixing sesame oil, salt, and black pepper in one bowl, and gochujang with soybean paste in another.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the pork belly slices on the grill and cook until browned and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve the grilled pork belly with lettuce leaves, sliced garlic, green chili, dipping sauces, and cooked white rice.
- To eat, wrap a piece of pork belly in a lettuce leaf with garlic, chili, and a dab of dipping sauce.
