Samgyeopsal is a Korean dish prepared by grilling pork belly slices and serving with lettuce, garlic, and dipping sauces.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dipping sauces by mixing sesame oil, salt, and black pepper in one bowl, and gochujang with soybean paste in another.
  2. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Place the pork belly slices on the grill and cook until browned and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve the grilled pork belly with lettuce leaves, sliced garlic, green chili, dipping sauces, and cooked white rice.
  5. To eat, wrap a piece of pork belly in a lettuce leaf with garlic, chili, and a dab of dipping sauce.
