Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, chopped onion, brown sugar, black pepper, and bay leaves to create the marinade.
- Add the cleaned and cut pork intestines to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the charcoal grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork intestines onto skewers, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
- Brush the skewers with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
