Ginataang Bilo bilo
Ginataang Bilo bilo is a Filipino dessert made by simmering glutinous rice balls, sweet potatoes, and bananas in coconut milk.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour with water to form a dough. Roll into small balls and set aside.
- In a large pot, bring coconut milk to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Add sweet potatoes to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the rice balls, bananas, jackfruit, and soaked tapioca pearls to the pot.
- Stir in sugar and salt, and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes until the rice balls are cooked and the mixture thickens.
- Serve warm in bowls.
Prep
- Soak tapioca pearls in water for at least 1 hour before cooking.
