Champorado
Champorado is a Filipino chocolate rice porridge made by simmering glutinous rice with cocoa powder, sugar, and milk.

Instructions
- In a medium pot, combine glutinous rice and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Add cocoa powder, sugar, and salt to the pot. Stir well until the cocoa and sugar are fully dissolved.
- Continue to simmer for another 10-15 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked and the mixture has thickened.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Serve in bowls, drizzling with whole milk and condensed milk as desired.
