Vegan Salisbury Steak

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked lentils, chopped mushrooms, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, flaxseed meal mixture, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and form into 5 equal-sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- In a separate saucepan, bring vegetable broth to a simmer and add the cornstarch mixture, stirring continuously until the gravy thickens.
- Serve the patties topped with the prepared gravy.
Prep
- Soak flaxseed meal in water for at least 15 minutes before using.
